  • Lectures in August

    Next round of lectures in Basic Education in Classical Homeopathy will be held on August 28th and 29th 2004 in Ilidza, hotel Hollywood.
    Teachers for this weekend are Waltraud Frieben and Karin Eckert.
    Waltraud Frieben was already teaching in Sarajevo in January this year. She has been trained by numerous great homeopaths such as Vithoulkas, Morrison, Shore, Herrick, Shankaran and others. Since 1991 she is practicing homeopathy in her clinic with Elizabeth von Wedel. In the same year she started teaching practitioners in homeopathy in school in Heilbronn. For past seven years she is member of the group for homeopathic studies and supervision.
    Karin Eckert is a psychologist and practitioner of homeopathy since 1988. Since 1994 she is practicing both. She has been trained in numerous seminars, including 4 year education with Vithoulkas. She is trained Jungian psychotherapist in period 1997 to 2003. This weekend among other subjects they will be covering:
    - Theory and practice of chronic case taking and analysis
    - Remedies: Arsenicum Album, Phosphorus and Lycopodium
    - Working on assigned cases
    - "4 levels" based on Vithoulkas' approach
    During this weekend, plans for medical education, practice and tutorials will be announced.

  • Society of Homeopaths in B&H accepted in full membership of ECCH

    Click to enlarge At the last annual meeting of ECCH, held in Copenhagen 3rd to 6th June this year, our Society has been accepted as a full member to ECCH. Our colleagues Momir Smitran and Nusret Hodzic represented the Society at the meeting. Acceptance in full membership of the ECCH is a significant step in further development of our Society and homeopathy in Bosnia and Herzegovina.   • May and June seminars in Sarajevo and Tuzla

    Click to enlarge During last two months we were very active. Altogether 4 seminars were held - in May and June in Sarajevo, teachers from Germany for basic education and training for trainers were Gernot Vielkind, Ralph Almasto Burmeister and Matthias Strelow; Arie Harder and Marcelle Weisfelt taught in Tuzla in May for homeopathic First Aid Training for Trainers. Event that specially marked this period was a three-day seminar "Homeopathy and Elements - Lanthanides" held by dr. Jan Scholten June 11 to 13 in Sarajevo. Special report with photos and numerous impressions will be published later on our site. Impressions are invaluable and numerous as seminar was attended by over 90 guests, homeopaths from Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Serbia and Montenegro and Slovenia.
